1988年9月－1991年7月于中国科学院华南植物研究所学习并获生态学硕士学位；

1996年9月－1999年12月留学美国佐治亚大学生态研究所（Institute of Ecology, University of Georgia, USA）并获得生态学博士学位；

 

工作经历

1991年9月－1994年9月在华南植物研究所生态室任研究实习员；

1994年10月－1995年9月在美国国际热带林业研究所（International Institute of Tropical Forestry）作访问学者；

1995年10月－1996年8月在华南植物研究所生态室任助理研究员；

1996年9月－1999年12月留学美国佐治亚大学生态研究所（Institute of Ecology, University of Georgia, USA）并获得生态学博士学位；

2000年－2004年先后在加州大学Santa Cruz和 Davis分校作博士后；

2004年-2016年2月：中国科学院华南植物园任研究员；
